The Dork Report: Weeks 6 & 7

The Elvis Impersonators were not a healthy team the past two weeks and suffered blowout losses.  It was a difficult task just filling out my starting lineup.  However, after contemplating making several moves to blow-up the current team and start over, I decided to bide my time, let LDT, Colston, Boldin and Scheffler get healthy, and count on the best-in-the-league points of Brees to get me into the playoffs.  In Week 8 against Team Mangini Drinks Wine Coolers, I will have the starting lineup that I drafted active for the first time since Week 1.  I’m hoping to pull off what the Oakland Raiders did in 2002, winning the first 4, losing the next 4, then making a run all the way to the Super Bowl!
